Today the newest member of the WFD was brought into the world.  Julia Lorraine Murphy was born this afternoon weighing in at 6lbs, 12 ozs, 19 inches.  Both Julia and mom are doing well.

On behalf of the entire WFD Family, we would like to congratulate Chief Murphy, his wife Lynn and the entire Murphy Family on their new addition.
